Our Mission

Mission Statement

The mission of the Upland Police Foundation is to make a positive impact in the City of Upland by supporting our officers in their fight to maintain a safe environment for work and play in our community.

We commit to raising funds annually in support of our officers in order to purchase high-tech crime prevention equipment, support unique, innovative, and specialized officer training, and promote youth participation in sports and community activities through an Officer/Youth Scholarship Program.

Were does your support go?

100% of your donation supports the three specific areas above.
Board members and specific community members have committed to donate the time and materials for the operation of the foundation.
None of your donation is used for operational expenses, which means 100% of your donation directly helps the Upland Police Foundation and the young people in the Officer/Youth Sponsorship Program.

In recognition of your support:

In recognition of support from $1 to 10,000 , your name will be published in the city wide mailing (typically March of the following year to thank previous year donors)
For support over $100, a name plate will be displayed on the annual donor wall at the Upland Police Foundation
A special wooden plaque will be given to donors for $250 or more
For donors of $10,000 or more in 10 years, they will become "Life Members" on our donor wall in the lobby and listed first in all mailings thanking donors
