• Support the purchase of equipment for operational use by police officers in the line of duty. Specialized, high-tech equipment will enhance our officers' ability to fight crime and to better serve the community.
• Support educational and technical training programs for police officers. Unique training programs will provide officers with the ability to implement and utilize innovative approaches to complex police procedures.
• Establish and support an Upland Police Officers/Youth Sponsorship Program to promote City of Upland youth participation in community and sports activities. Each day, officers interact with young people who would benefit tremendously from getting involved in programs such as soccer, baseball, or the YMCA. This program gives officers the ability to sponsor these young people and their involvement in a community or sports activity.

• 100% of your donation supports the three specific areas above.
• Board members and specific community members have committed to donate the time and materials for the operation of the foundation.
• None of your donation is used for operational expenses, which means 100% of your donation directly helps the Upland Police Foundation and the young people in the Officer/Youth Sponsorship Program.

In recognition of your support:

• In recognition of your support, a name plate will be displayed on the annual donor wall at the Upland Police Foundation.
• Name plates and engraving are donated by the Upland Goldsmith Jewelers and the Upland Convalescent Hospital.
